Graphics Designer Job Available To Creative, Experienced, and Awesome Graphics Designers Only

I am looking for another full time team member to do graphics design for my company.

Skills Required:
- Must be excellent at Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Must be creative and able to create great looking and totally unique designs
- Must be easy to reach on a regular basis, I do expect to reach you every second of the day but if I send you a message I expect a reply within a few hours
- Must be able to communicate well with an English speaking US manager.
- Must be able and willing to learn new things quickly in case it's needed.
- Must have great communication skills and be able to take instruction.
- Must be willing to take and do the grunt work right along with the more complicated and exiting projects.
- Must be a fast implementer that can work on their own.

Equipment Required:

Must have a high speed internet connection, your own work area, computer, and the design software needed for this job.

What you will be doing:

If you don't feel that you could create something like that from scratch then don't apply.

What you will be doing is creating designs for me that are based on other designs I send you. I will find someone else's design somewhere that I like and I will send it you. You will then create me a similiar looking design that is based off the one I sent you, but it must be different looking enough so that you cannot tell the two are related.

You can see that he created a design based on the one I sent him but it looks completely different.
