Ongoing Salesforce.com administration support for multiple clients

Looking for someone with very good ---------- experience in terms of administration and solution research. Does not need to be a code developer, although that could help too from time to time.

A typical week would involve helping support activities and solution research for a range of clients, at the same time as progressing with larger implementation projects. Priorities usually change quickly.

**Essential**

- experience with standard Sales & Service cloud administration, across multiple projects
- experience with workflow rules, visual flow, process builder, reports & dashboards, Lightning interface, lightning components, lightning page layouts, VisualForce
- knowledge of AppExchange apps and components, and how they can add value to projects
- knowledge of data management, including data cleanse and dataload tools, and experience with Sandbox management & deployment
- understanding of general limitations with some ---------- functionality, such as Professional v Enterprise Edition, and how to work around
- willingness to perform background research & testing for various potential solutions and contribute to business analysis discussions of Salesforce requirements
- ability to learn fast, communicate well & perform various other virtual admin tasks as required



**Preferred**

- Salesforce administration certifications
- ability to create custom lightning components
- experience with apps such as Conga Composer and Drawloop Document Services. Related capabilities using Microsoft Excel & Word templates, including advanced formatting & formulas.
- experience with apps such as Fast Forms and Calendar Anything
- experience with integration platforms such as Zapier and Workato
- knowledge of Mailchimp integrations with Salesforce
- Experience with Apex
- understanding of web technologies (eg basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
