3d software or program

hi im looking for someone to help me create or find a program for my new home building clients to help them choose there finishes in real time 3d virtual tour. i am from a building company and looking to help my clients pick there future home materials in 3d and vr.
i came across this software , quality isnt that good but it has alot of australian material. ----------
