Wordpress contact form coding/design + integration with SCORO CRM API

We are looking for a programmer familiar with Wordpress, APIs, JSON and PHP to code a custom contact form for our existing website and integrate it with the SCORO CMR API. The form needs to feed through to SCORO as a http request once the customer presses the SEND button on the form. Full SCORO API documentation is available.

CONTACT FORM DESCRIPTION
Every product page has a contact form on the right hand side that automatically populates the product name from the page title. It also has other basic text/dropdowns. All of these must feed into SCORO. The form is current built with Contact Form 7.
