Seeking for an experience web developer

I am currently working with an Australian company since 2011. I am posting this ads as
currently I am in need of full time web developer which has a knowledge and solid experience
of the following no limit of years experience:

1. Php and Mysql
2. CSS and HTML(CSS 3 and HTML 5 you must know it too).
3. Photoshop( You must know how to design.)
4. CMS(such as Wordpress and Joomla).
5. Javascript (such as jquery or mootools).
6. Communication skills: English must be good both oral and written

Skills below is an advantage among others but not required.
1. SEO
2. Article Writing
