RSSM Marketing is a lead generation and appointment setting company servicing the recruiting and staffing industry in Nort America and UK. We are in need of a responsible, money driven, go-getter and talented person to join our growing team to cater our current clients from recruiting and staffing industry.
Job Description:
- Calling potential leads (B2B Lead Generation Campaign) and offer the services
- Calling potential clients in the USA and Canada market.
Job Task:
- Detailed documentation of what transpired during the call into our CRM notes.
- Ability to do research
- Ability to do multi-tasking
- Ability to come up quickly with rebuttals and be persuasive
- Ability to make a pre-qualification judgment base on what transpired during the calls before passing to Quality Analyst
- Ability to solve problems quickly
- Ability to hit our key performance index (KPI's) such as the number of calls per day,
Job Qualifications:
- Must be responsible, reliable, dependable and can work with no excuses and alibis as some of our previous applicants are very aggressive then goes in the wind without notice.
- Must have an experience in B2B Lead Generation and Appointment Setting
- Must have at least 3 mbps connections and a back-up
- Must teachable, coachable and can work with minimal supervision
- Must be open to working with a screenshot monitor for us to determine the level of activity on a daily basis
- Must be reliable for a long term post (this is a long-term job)and a go-getter person
- Must be solely working for us.
- Must be open to shifting scheduled (we only work North American time but shift will vary on hours only)
- Must be willing to go to a nearby net cafe if in case net connection fluctuates and or power outage occurs
- Must be on time during interviews (as some of our previous applicants will agree on time but don't commit to the said time, then suddenly gone)
