We are seeking an experienced Virtual Call Center Agent to Join our Growing Insurance Agency. This would be a Long-Term, Part-Time position working into a Full-Time (Permanent) position. Potential Candidate will be setting appointments in the U.S through our phone systems.
***JOB DESCRIPTION***
-Outbound Calling
-Manage Inbound calls
-Collect and
-Data Entry
-Optimize lead spend for conversion
-Follow Call Center Scripts
-Must be Able to meet a goal of 3-6 Appointments a Day
***REQUIRMENTS***
-MUST be 18+
-MUST be able to Speak Fluent English
-MUST be able to Read and Write in English
-Friendly Phone Voice/Friendly Professional phone Etiquette
-MUST have access to High Speed Internet
-Working Telephone/Headset
-MUST be able to download soft phone
-Call Center Experience a Plus!
-Be Computer literate
-Have the ability to Multi-Task
-MUST Have basic working Knowledge of a CRM System
-Be well Organized and RELIABLE
