Virtual Assistant Job Duties Include:
*Creating digital products on Shopify
*Keep track of inventory and create new products
*Creating HTML coded templates (training is included and no coding experience necessary)
*Creating HTML coded newletters (training included)
*Voice matching (Our clients that are phone sex operators send in a recording of their voice, you will be matching the voice to characters (model pictures) they could sound like. You will be provided A LOT of training for this.
*Answering emails and dealing with customer issues
*Send mass email newsletters
*Scheduling emails using mailchimp
*Managing and monitoring our Facebook group
*Scheduling consultations booked by our clients to speak directly to my partner or I
*Answering customer service phone calls (phone call can be answered using a Mac or PC not phone necessary)
*Scheduling Facebook post for our company Facebook pages using Hootsuite (very easy to use and training is included)
*Finding and creating funny memes and facebook post to schedule

We have an online training video for every Upgrade to see actual info experience necessary. However for this position you must speak and write excellent english.

We sale pictures for our customers to use for their business, as well as written content such as biographies for their website, as well as HTML coded templates for one site that a lot of our clients decide to work Upgrade to see actual info html experience necessary, we will provide training for every duty.
Our products are all digital. Your job will be creating the products on Shopify and adding the digital content using an app we have linked to our online store.

We also have an online subscription program. Each month our customers get ebooks and other downloadable files, as well as a new blog. You will be scheduling these for launch as well. Because these products are locked you cannot see them on our site but they pretty much work the same as all of our other products.

We are a small company so you will have various duties that sometimes change.
