Brief Job Descriptions and Responsibilities:
- Counter-check the compliance with pre-employment requirements by new employees;
- Ensures the preparation of employment contracts;
- Monitor updates on plantilla, prepares manpower headcount and submit weekly reports, industrial accidents and administrative cases;
- Approves application of leave of absence for the HR department;
- Conducts counseling for all Full Tank General Merchandising Inc. employees;
- Conducts performance evaluation of all Full Tank General Merchandising Inc. employees for the review and approval of top management;
- Assist the supervisors and operations manager in conducting performance evaluation of all employees;
- Explain information with regards to timekeeping processes;
- Conducts meetings with employees regarding policy implementations and other cases;
- Coordinates with the HR Manager in determining objectives and targets of the department in relations to the Quality Management System;
- Reports directly to the HR Manager
Job Qualification:
- BS Psychology; Business Administration Major in Human Resource; or any related course
- Minimum of 3 years working experience with supervisory and managerial functions in the field of General HR
- Highly Motivated and Goal-Oriented
- Must be comfortable working in a standalone environment
- Ability to explain detailed legal information to staff in a straightforward way
- Must be a Team Player and and Excellent Leadership Skills
- Excellent Communication skills, Analytical and Problem-solving skills.
