Job Scope - Outbound Calling – Verification

Responsibility
- To aggressively convert online enquiries to sales
- Keep close track of enquiries and conduct follow ups with customers for closure of sales.
- Provide professional consultation and excellent customer service through phone.

Job Specification
- To perform outbound calls to targeted contact list provided by company
- To verify and ask information specified by company.
- Calling list provided
- Calling system provided
- To have daily & weekly reporting to company


Work Hours
Monday to Saturday (6 days week) (8hours) 10am - 6pm
