Social Media Virtual Assistant for Content Creation and Recruitment/Networking

I am looking for a VA who can help me with recruitment and networking within my brand and defined audience. I have a bit of a social media following but lack the time to continue to grow my audience and would need someone who can help me build that, while tracking those conversations. I may also recruit some assistance in graphic creation and editing.
