I am looking for a virtual assistant and physical therapist that is reliable, takes initiative, problems solves and can complete tasks on time with minimal supervision.
My company has been around since 1999 and because of our constant growth we need to expand our team. We are very experienced with working with virtual assistants. We have had many over the last 8 years. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 5 years, plus I have nine others that work for me full time.

Core Work Tasks (These are tasks that you would do on a daily basis.):
Manage Paid Media - Manage paid media strategy when it relates to YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest,
Data Collection - Collect data as it relates to paid media and report to owner.
Split Test Tracking and Monitoring - When it relates to funnels we have, track them, get split tests going and monitor them.
Manage Social Media – On a daily basis manage
Customer Service – Respond to customer issues via
Outbound Customer Support Phone Calls – Call English speaking customers and help them with their customer support issue and talk orders.
Live Chat for Customer Support - Performing Live Chat with customers in English to help them with their concerns.
Transcriptions – Be able to do some transcription from english speaking audio or video into a Word document. Then take the audio and edit so it can be used as a blog post.
These are the most important tasks you will do and you must be open and comfortable doing this for an 8 hour shift.

Additional Work Tasks (These are tasks that are done on a weekly basis.):
Image and Video Editing – Perform very basic editing. Being able to crop and decrease the resolution of an image. Be able to trim the start end of a video and crop a video, uploading videos. Also uploading videos to Youtube and adding descriptions.
Content Management – Posting of blog posts, formatting blog posts, inserting images, performing light proof reading of blog posts, managing commenting to the blog post and approving/declining blog comments.
Document Organization – Formatting Word documents, creating tables, organizing styles. Example is formatting exercise programs (adding exercise descriptions and pics to programs).
Manage Social Media – On a daily basis manage
Sales Organization – On a weekly or bi-weekly basis will collect sales made and organize into a
Summarize Data – Collect data and provide summary of website statistics and list numbers.
Tasks and Procedures – Assist in building procedures that you are doing and creating little videos of the task you have done. This is also the way that training is done.
Document Creation – Be able to format a Word document and convert it into a PDF.
Software – Must have an understanding or be open to learning Microsoft office products,
