30 sec Video ads

Hi I am looking for someone who can make 30 sec video ads using pics and/or parts of videos. All wording/subtitles will be provided for you. the videos will be for Facebook. To begin with, i will pay $10 per 30 sec video. If quality is high or I require videos that are a bit more complex i will pay accordingly. People with copywriting experience are highly recommended to apply however it is not mandatory
