Email Marketing and Lead Generation

I have an email extractor, email mass sender (sendblaster or interspire) and I need someone to extract emails that are better quality than from the email extractors I use.

Following that, to either use sendblaster, Interspire or mail chimp and launch email marketing campaigns. Success of the campaign will be based on leads collected.
