JOB OVERVIEW

This job is about running all aspects of a real estate company Website Development/Marketing, Branding and Writing Original content along with administrative duties. I need someone who can write descriptions about properties and upload marketing campaigns to various websites. The ideal candiddate will also be able to upload and distribute property marketing to social media sites and all through the internet on various websites using different software. Must be able to make presentations and convert them to youtube videos. Must be able to reseearch several topics and write daily blogs and articles.

Administrative
Real Estate - set appointments for showings, update websites with new listings and postings, various adminitrative work
Email - filter emails

Property Management - Assist in leasing properties files, maintaining list of available rentals, responding to telephone inquiries, qualifying prospects, preparing all move-in paperwork, and accurately inputting traffic numbers daily.
transcribing move out and move in inspection forms, reviewing all leasing paperwork and property rules, uploading to online storage (Dropbox)
preparing lease expiration letters and renewal leases.
Participate in collecting and accurately process and report receipt of application fees, security deposits, rents and other fees.
Assist in accurately entering all prospect and resident data in Property Management Software Buildium.

Creating marketing materials; brochures, flyers and other print materials.
Analyzing the effective market area.
Syndicate pictures to various websites.
Create a marketing plan for properties.
Upload to Craigs List.

Assist in planning and preparation of resident functions.
Assist in answering the phone by 3rd ring, and use courteous and professional communication with all customers.
Record and log all calls.

Accounting/Bookeeping and Tax Preparation skills are a plus.

??I'm looking for someone that can handle various tasks and can speak clearly and take phone messages as well. Writing is a key component and you must be able to research a variety of topics on real estate and not just copy and paste what others have written but be able to synthesize in your own words. Must provide real estate blogging content on a daily basis and write content for social media sites and campaigns. Be able to take pictures and create ads for real estate listings and post to various sites such as Zillow, Trulia, etc. Must be able to add real estate listings to website. Read and answer emails. Must be creative and share ideas. The key person needs to have strong skills in Marketing and be able to create videos, powerpoint presentations from scratch and training and seminar materials from provided resources.



This position will be responsible for:

This is a highly trainable position where you will be exposed to a lot of different types of assignments on a daily basis. You must be comfortable with creating content writing and researching on the web. Part of your training will be to read articles and write a 300-500 word answer to a few questions.



You will plan events and meetings using EventBrite. You will create flyers and mass emailing through Mailchimp, and Constant Contact. You will solicit other organizations to partner with to have educational seminars around women issues, housing issues, etc...



You will be required to check in and out on a daily basis and will get paid weekly through Paypal with promotions and raises. 40 hour work week on EST.



The ideal candidate must be willing to learn different facets of real estate which will include marketing, advertising, branding, social media, customer service, REO management, calling vendors, setting up appointments, taking maintenance request, data entry into property management software Buildium.

Need a creative thinker. You will create flyers and brochures for properties and events, create simple spreadsheets and presentations. Think of ideas for a membership drive to get volunteers involved. I'm looking for a all around team person.
