Graphic Design POD

Looking for experienced, honest, competent, fluent-in-English, creative, skilled, talented graphic designer who can take basic t shirt concepts and improve them in little time. Looking for long term ability to scale up. Need 50 designs a week to start. Will also aid and supply niches, sayings, some graphics, etc. Will be working as a team. VERY important that this candidate will have the basic ability to check trademark database and absolutely no item by item copying from existing designs. I am a graphic designer myself (very little time to do though) and so I have a realistic standard on good design. Pay is negotiable and will grow with scale increase. Thanks and happy applying :)
