We are seeking an experienced administrative sales & marketing virtual assistant to join our team. This is a long term part time remote position and can be done from the comfort of your home. This opportunity could go full time.
Core task
- Research and posting articles to principals LinkedIn,

- MLS Marketing - monitor and update expired listings
- Research owner names and contact info
- CRM input and management
- Mail Chimp marketing
- Google calendar management and scheduling
- Marketing letters and flyer creation
- Create video marketing as needed
- Postings to Craigs List
- Additional task as needed
- Some appointment setting may be necessary
Must have
- At least 2-5 years VA experience in a similar role
- Quiet home office environment
- Extreme organization skills
- Attention to detail oriented
- Experienced with MS Office
- Experienced with
- Efficient with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.
- Knowledge of Mojo dialer a big plus.
- Be on time for conference calls and any available when needed
- Clear transparent communication skills
- Great English speaking and writing skills
- Great internet connection that supports clear audio calls. Reliable fast computer with MS Office...min Win10
- Able to work Mon-Fri, minimum 20 hours per week during working hours Pacific Standard Time (subject to change depending on responses and work load).
- Be proactive and accessible
Hourly pay plus discretionary bonuses depending on experience and productivity.
