Wordpress Tweaks

I'm looking for someone to make some easy tweaks to my wordpress site.

Specifically, I need the following:
*Change Gallery Image plugin to a mosaic tile plugin
*Change Blog plug-in to show pictures in the entries
*Add blog to the home page
*Update home page a bit
