Is wearing a headset way cool? Do you have a natural gift in the art of persuasion? We are seeking a high energy candidate with a great work ethic, who isn’t afraid of the high demands of real estate sales. Must be comfortable spending most of their time on the phone.
Must be able to work one of the following FOUR schedule options:
1.Mon-Friday - 9AM-5PM US Central Standard Time
2.Mon-Friday - 10AM-6PM US Central Standard Time
3.Tue-Sat - 9AM-6PM US Central Standard Time
OR
4.Wed-Fri - 11AM - 7PM US Central Standard Time
Sat-Sun - 9AM-3PM US Central Standard Time
Responsibilities
• Prospect and conduct lead generation activities for new listing appointments via web-based calling system Mojo Triple Line Dialer System. Mojo allows you to make up to 200 calls in one hour.
• Make a minimum of 500+ calls daily. Familiarity with MojoDialer and Landvoice a plus.
• Quickly respond to online seller leads, and follow up to convert and set home listing appointments.
• Manage all leads in contact database system Top Producer - set and complete tasks in the system, and track all client communications.

Requirements:
• Ability to memorize and deliver pre-written call scripts.
• Ability to work independently without constant monitoring for results.
• Excellent English speaking, writing and communication skills.
•
• Minimum of 1 yr past experience in similar role. Strong time-management skills.
• Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps, and ability to quickly learn new
