Looking for someone to design t-shirts

I am looking for someone to design specific t-shirt ideas. I will email you a t-shirt design and you will need to make the new design similar to it but better. I will start out needing 12 designs per week and paying $2.00 per design. Once your designs start selling, I will ask you to make more.
