Experienced Web Designer / Developer Wanted

Iam looking for an experienced Web Designer / Developer to work on a number of projects for full time (40 Hours per week)

Requirements
Good English Speaking and Writing Skills

Must be able to do designing in Photoshop and be able to convert to HTML5/CSS3

Must also be very experienced in PHP (this is a must)

Additional skills would be beneficial such as SEO and marketing

Working hours will be 9am - 5pm (UK TIME)
