Build a football streaming wordpress theme

Hello,

I need to build a wordpress theme for football streaming online website
i need it with two pages, first one home that has matches details and second for stream embed
with a unique and good design of course.
i dont care if it's from scratch or remake of another theme as long as you will
complete the job i requested.
