Webmaster

We are looking for a webmaster to manage ---------- for 10 hours per ---------- uit Factory is based in Atlanta, USA, and we have an international team that works from various locations. We prefer experienced candidates with a proven track record of managing a WordPress website.
Responsibilities
Maintain ---------- and
Test website across browsers, operating systems and devices
Ensure site security by working with Security company
Manage the email system
Create regular backups
Optimize loading speeds and capacity
Debug pages and fix broken links, images or video
Ensure that images and videos are set up correctly in gallery and appear well formatted and aesthetically appealing
Update website content and review SEO
Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
Occasionally customize wordpress theme, pages, appearance etc

Requirements
Proven experience as a Webmaster or Web Developer
Excellent knowledge of Wordpress
Basic understanding of web analytics and SEO
Familiarity with web standards
Working knowledge of website management tools
Good skills in HTML/CSS, XML
Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
Good communication and teamwork skills
