JOB OVERVIEW



Description:
We are looking for a remote worker who is committed to performing and delivering results. You will help us with multiple aspects in the business, like Email Handling, Stock Management, Auditing, Workforce & Job Management, and other admin tasks. We are a system-oriented business, so we are also looking for someone who likes to build, follow, and improve processes.

The work will initially be around 25 hours/week but can grow into a stable full-time job for the right individual. You will have the opportunity to grow your career with an Australian company and get mentored by a team of wonderful professionals.

TechForce is a fast-growing Australian company providing workforces and workforce management services to corporate clients in the telecommunications industry. We help our clients deliver on telecommunications infrastructure construction projects around Australia by providing the necessary manpower and management resources necessary for these projects. The company is currently delivering on several major national infrastructure projects related to the National Broadband Network and is constantly expanding into new and exciting projects. Our vision is to be the most sought-after service provider in the sector.

Responsibilities:
- Email? ?Handling: Liaise with clients and staff via email, upholding customer service best practices
- Auditing: Manage job and invoice reconciliation and investigations
- Proactively manage compliance for company, staff and client accreditations and
insurances.
- Manage stock ordering and database reconciliation
- Manage work allocation and job processing, including variations, disputes, reconciliation and invoicing
- Manage timesheet reporting, rosters and leave requests
- Process payroll in Xero and submit to payroll manager for approval
- Track company and staff performance results daily
- Produce graphs and reports for managers, communicating data in meaningful ways
- Assist in developing consistent, relevant and effective processes to
reduce operational costs and build value into the business
- Participate in and contribute to company meetings, events, functions and activities
- Do other admin tasks as business requires

Skills & Experience needed:
- Strong administrative/clerical background
- Efficient, organised, flexible, professional, reliable
- Positive “can-do” attitude
- High attention to detail
- Proactive in your duties, with ability to see things holistically
- Self-directed, proactive, communicative
- Pro Excel user (e.g. pivot tables, graphs, formulas, cell referencing) with focus on data analysis and visualisation
- Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Prior experience working for Australian corporates is highly favourable, but not required
- Experience with CRMs, Wordpress, Google Suite, Xero (preferred)
- Background in financial reconciliation, invoicing and payroll processing (preferred)

- Laptop with webcam
- Fast and stable high-speed internet connection
- Quiet space to work and take video/audio calls
