JOB OVERVIEW

We are a Europe-based company from the IT sector looking for a Leader of our offshore Customer Support Team. The Team that you are expected to manage is responsible for providing an excellent level of Customer Support, Technical Support and for Online Marketing and Sales.

We require a fluent spoken English as workers are expected to talk with English native speakers and non-native speakers from the USA, Europe and around the world by phone/VoIP software. You need to be proficient in writing. English is also the language used in our company within the office.

We guarantee an extensive training of systems that we use to manage our Customers' accounts and Services. We are definitely looking for full-time workers eager to start a long-term cooperation due to the length of training ---------- will be helpful if Computers/Mobile Devices/Apps and Internet is within your area of interest.

Dumaguete City and Siquijor Island area.

Flexible work hours and days, preferably morning - evening. An ability to work in weekends will be an advantage.

We offer a base salary plus an extra commission based the result of the Team's work.
