Search Marketing Maintenance Role for Lead Generation Specialists – Full Time

Overview: We are seeking a high performer to complete routine daily, weekly and monthly tasks in relation to performance advertising campaign optimisation and expansion in a timely manner to a very high level of accuracy.

The successful candidate will work with a small virtual team managed from Sydney, Australia. You will share an office with our Financial Controller in One Ecom Building, Mall of Asia Compound, Pasay City. You will be invited on our annual international team retreat. • Strong mathematical capabilities around online advertising metrics and financial performance
• 3 years minimum full time experience
• Organised and structured to manage a demanding workload
• Follow systems and procedures
• Very responsive to priority tasks assigned by manager
• Fluent spoken and written English along with excellent communication skills
• Attend daily and weekly scheduled meetings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Docs and a range of web based programs
• Proficient in Google Adwords Editor and Bings Ads Editor
• Assist in creation and improvement of processes

Desirable
• Google Adwords Certification
• Bing Ads Accreditation
• Yahoo Certification
• Experience managing Google Display campaigns
• Suggest process improvements
• Experience working with Voluum tracking
• Experience working with Asana, Slack, Zoom

Tasks include:
• Keyword and ad optimizations
• Running search term reports to add negative queries and identify new keyword opportunities
• Running and analysing performance reports and making improvements to financial performance of campaigns
• Placement exclusions on Google display
• Bot Traffic Exclusions
• Setup tracking in Voluum
• Offer / Tracking Reconciliation
• Uploading new campaigns as directed by manager
