JOB OVERVIEW

Perform a variety of administrative tasks for us and such as screen incoming calls from call center and emails, manage your calendars, run reports, update your CRM, and assist you with QA of work flow.

Following up with all leads and making sure all information was taking contently by our call center.

Keep Sale Reps on track with their task being set on auto in CRM,
Assisting others with making offers if needed,

1) Setting Sales Reps appointments for offer to be made
2) Setup email autoresponder as needed in CRM and assisting with replying to emails.
3) Keeping the CRM and email accounts organized
4) Making sure work flow in CRM is working correctly
5) Keeping Leads in the correct folders in CRM
6) Complete admin tasks,

Number report (Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually) of:
A) Seller leads and buyer leads with out bound and inbound calls made
B) Number of appointment made

The Lead Manager is the front line support that keep everything together.

The Lead Manager will be assistant be the Marketing Manager with scrubbing leads.
