graphic designer and web/wordpress developer

URGENT!!!! We need a graphic/web designer who knows wordpress coding.

1. He/she should make pages like these http://www.123triad.com/portfolio.php

2. must create 3 samples of these from time to time

3. once the best from these 3 samples is chosen, he/she must develop the site in wp html codes so they can be changed.

4. this is the recurrent process that the designer will do
