JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US based company looking for a full-time customer support manager for phone, chat and email. The primary task of the individual will be to assist clients from initial contact until completion of processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of customer support experience, at least 10mbps internet connection, and 100% commitment. Only serious applicants will be entertained.

This is a home-based position.
