Looking for an On-Going Real Estate Assistant who can Skip Trace Phone Numbers

We are currently looking for a dedicated individual or team who has experience skip tracing phone numbers for large amounts of data consisting primarily of property addresses and owner names.

Requirements:
• Ability to trace large numbers of phone numbers from a list of property addresses and corresponding names and provide the compiled list in Excel format
• Access to paid skip tracing resources: LexisNexis or TLO. Skip tracing from any other source is unacceptable.

Details:
Information I will provide for every lead:
• Full name/owners name
• Owners current property address and mailing address (if different)
Information I am looking for from you for every lead:
• Owner’s home phone number (must be able to provide this at a minimum)
• Owner’s mobile phone number (if possible on a best efforts basis)
• Owner’s email address (if possible on a best efforts basis)

Payment will only be for found numbers, within reason. For example, if you are provided with a list of 100 leads and you only find numbers for 50 or so leads, with the rest as "NO RESULTS FOUND", you will only be paid for the number of leads you successfully found contact info for.
