My goal is to hire a creative t-shirt designer who can produce great quality ORIGINAL designs with ease using Photoshop or Illustrator.

IMPORTANT!! I will require links to any artwork or clipart inspired in your designs to make sure that the artwork or clipart is free for commercial use without attribution.

All designs must be original art.
You will be creating 5-10 designs a day.


REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent Photoshop or Illustrator skills.
Graphic art and design experience (t-shirt design experience preferred).
Great English skills.
Great communication skills.
Enthusiastic & great attitude.
Dependable (very important!!).
A portfolio of design samples.
Drawing skills (Not required but definitely a plus).
A Paypal account to receive payments.
Must live in the Philippines.

PAY RANGE*:
$225 - $450 USD / month

More details will be available privately if I am interested in your work, based on your design portfolio.

I am looking for someone who understands the use of color, composition, stylized typography, and preferably has some physical drawing skills (but not required), even though the work you do will be digital using Photoshop or Illustrator. Also, someone who has the ability to create vector designs based on existing photos or art is a plus.

At first, I will task you with some test designs so I can assess your capabilities and speed, how well you understand your tasks, as well as how good your communications skills are.

NOTE: Do not contact me if you cannot commit to full-time work (if you are hired by me) without another job or side-work getting in the way or slowing you down. Your work for me will need to come before anything else.
