WordPress Developer (Signing Bonus up to 10K)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop responsive websites mostly in wordpress and maintain them.
• Responsible in determining any functionality the site must support.
• Responsible to test the website and identify technical problems upload the site onto the server.
• Maintenance or updating of websites including testing and identifying technical problems and trouble-shooting.
• Demonstrate problem solving skills and use proactive approach in order to identify best available solutions, technology frameworks, CMS plugins and widgets
• Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operation systems.
• Confer with management or development teams to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts develop content criteria or choose solutions.
• Keeps up to date with new trends and libraries as well as updates and changes to the HTML / CSS specifications
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Have a relative mastery in the following software: XAMPP/LAMP, Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, HTML, PHP, MySQL, Javascript, CSS, jQuery, XML, Database Development, CMS Development, PHP, Wordpress, XHTML,CSS3, Javascript, Ajax, MySQL or PostgreSQL, Linux and Apache + Cpanel or equivalent
• Knowledge in iPhone/iPad development, ActionScript/Flash Authoring, AJAX, Linux, Apache, any 3rd web development guides, eg Facebook connect or ---------- , is a plus.
• Familiar with all aspects of Wordpress CMS and able to re-theme a site from scratch (plugin creation, extension)
• Must be able to pay strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Distinctive conceptualization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and effectively manage workload to meet deadlines
• Potential to eventually manage a team of developers
• Knowledge in website security – a plus.
• Excellent English Language – a must have.
• Bachelor's or College Degree- Computer Science, Computer Engineering or other related course.
• At least 3 to 4 years of work experience in developing websites with wordpress.
