Wordpress holiday website

We need somebody to set up a wordpress website for us.

We will give you the user guide, the theme and the website admin data.

We want you to know the following:

1) We want, the property owner to have access to the website to change his property/rooms availability and to be able to change his/her property/rooms prices.

2) To integrate the customer payments with paypal/visa cards or bank accounts etc...with the website owner’s paypal account and/or with the paypal account of the property/rooms owner.
3) Also, we want the customer to be able to pay an advance amount ( usually a %) to the website owner and also to have the choice to pay the full amount to the property/rooms owner.
