Need a Full time Virtual Assistant for Rental Real Estate Service

We are an online second chance rental service that helps renters who have a hard time getting approved for rental properties. We need a virtual assistant to explain our service to the customer and walk them through the process of getting approved for a quality apartment of their choice.

Must be:
-Professional and someone that enjoys helping customers
-Enthusiastic about the position
- Able to log into work systems on time
-Proficient in English and grammar

Job Requirement:
-Speaking on the phone with customers who are looking for a place to rent
-Chatting with customers on the website via chat support
- Responding to customers emails regarding our Second Chance Rental Service
- Data Entry regarding rental criteria of customers
