We need someone who is detailed with their work and aggressive on phone pre-selling to inbound calls.

The ideal candidate must:

Be Good with customers on phone
Be willing to work 40+ hours a week. Our business is growing very rapidly.
Have a strong track record Sales + Customer Service. Reference check will be Upgrade to see actual infotailed in reviewing what customer wants and doing aggressive followups with them.

Aside from the job itself, the ideal candidate must also:

Speak and write great English
Be eager and quick at learning new skills and tasks
Able to meet deadlines
Available during 8am to 5pm CST USA time (1 hour break)
Able to communicate via Skype Voice & Chat (not just chat)
Fast computer along with at least 3-5Mbps internet up/down

Have a very high level of responsibility and professionalism, especially when communicating with clients and completing the work quickly.
Be excellent at problem-solving and making their own successful decisions.
Have great communication, keeping us informed of progress once every day.
Be fast and responsive to task requests - or in other words - getting the job done as soon as possible, without sacrificing quality.

Working on ecommerce website or order processing for dropship based business is added advantage.
