Appointment setting management/ Virtual Assistant

Hi there,

We are looking for at least 1 Agent for now that can help manage incoming messages from our Client's FB page and directing those to an inbound number that will automate their data into our CRM system to later follow up. This position may require some phone time to confirm appointments and follow up with any inquiries. Call center experience is a plus!

Are you familiar with Autoresponders, ringless voice drops, SMS, Email, sales Funnels, Lead forms?!
We work with this technology to help grow our client's business in a way where we get the prospect's to call the Client through a creative multi touch sequence combining multiple schedule sequences. Any knowledge to what was stated above is a HUGE plus!

Also looking for assistance with managing incoming emails and directing those potential prospects to the inbound number via email, sms or phone. This is to be a long term position with plenty of room for growth. This position requires someone who is efficient with their time and progress.. Multi tasking is required to maintain a constant flow of incoming prospects and an accurate database. If you can prove yourself in maintaining a steady flow with minimal supervision, you will then be promoted from within and will train the next VA. Looking for self starter!
