Telemarketer

We are seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join our friendly team! You will be responsible for making outbound calls, verifying information, conducting inquiries regarding a person's insurance needs. You will work from a dashboard using VoIP and we will provide a daily list of qualified leads to call through.

This is an Hourly + Bonus position.

Must be able to: close appointments and transfer live calls; disposition calls properly; place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory; perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program; work from either 8am - 12pm PST or 4pm - 8pm PST

Candidate must possess:

Fluent in conversational English
Excellent phone manner and articulation
Aptitude to sell and close leads
Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis
Reliable internet and a quiet environment
Working laptop / desktop with quality earphones

Experience in the Insurance Industry is a plus. Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
