Full Time Virtual Assistant Needed. Experience in Infusionsoft, WordPress, Microsoft Office and Google Docs a Must. Advanced English Required for writing. I have data entry work that needs to be starting immediately.

I am an accountant and business coach. I am the owner of 3 business in Canada and looking to hire a full time virtual assistant who has the passion to grow with me.

I have a the following businesses that will require the VA's attention daily:
- a Coaching Business where I coach other accountants and service professional.
- a new international members association for spiritual entrepreneurs - so you must be comfortable with the terms spirit and people who work as energy healers, mediums, psychics etc.
- a local ministry where I do church type services and classes.
-a bookkeeping service.

I am looking for someone that has passion and attention to detail and is willing to learn. The candidate must also have great writing skill in English as the job includes writing or editing newsletters, sales pages, articles. This is a great position for an energetic self starter with strong administrative skills who is looking for a stimulating and stable work environment, and far more variety than might be expected in an administrative position. The person in this position needs a genuine "can do" attitude and a willingness to learn new things, find novel approaches to familiar tasks and pitch in wherever help is needed.

Skills must include
Advance English. You MUST be fluent in writing and reading English.
Infusionsoft
WordPress
Microsoft Office Programs such as word, excel
Google Docs
Typing speed 50 wpm as transcription required
Familiarity with video creation and editing, affiliate programs, Optimize Press, membership sites, social media site, Photoshop and video editing would put you at the top of the pile.

You must own your own reliable up to date computer with high speed internet in your home office (I run PC so best if you do also) with the following programs:
-Full Microsoft Office Suite 2003 or higher
-Photoshop full version or something similar

You must be available to meet by Skype voice once or twice a week either late in your day or early in the morning. I am EST time zone - look up Toronto, Canada, same as New York, NY.

Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to
-daily review of email to clean up spam and to review spam folder for good emails.
-updates to 3 WordPress website, including design of sales pages, membership site pages, shopping cart and affiliate link buttons etc.
-maintaining contact data base in infusionsoft and ensuring a new letter gets out for 3 of the businesses every week. Some writing included.
-Customer service by email for those three businesses
-assistance with editing videos to be posted to YouTube and my website and included in newsletters.
-assistance with SEO, backlinking, keyword research
-graphic design for website in a program such as Photoshop
-managing social media such as facebook, linked in, and twitter including creating excel spreadsheet of future posts to load to software such as Hootsuite.
-transcription of audios (mine or others)
-assistance with blogging and article marketing
-assistance with product creation and marking.
-assistance with generating traffic to sites using techniques I will teach you.
-data entry into Excel, Quicken, Quickbooks or other booking type program - training available, desire to learn and attention to detail key her.
-other daily tasks that show up in my inbox everyday that I would forward to you.

As you see the job utilizes many skills so you will never be bored due to the variety of tasks. I have access to training for most of the software mentioned above, so your job will be to efficiently bring yourself up to speed on software that is needed but new to you.
