Looking For: Amazing Graphic Illustrator & T-Shirt Designer

Looking for dedicated Illustrator and T-Shirt Graphic designer for creating custom t-shirt and POD designs. Artist must be able to perform illustrations using ideas given. In most cases, licensed graphic images will be provided. Having your own licensed stock image is a PLUS, but not required. Our company will own the rights to all designs submitted.

PERKS:
• $425 a month
• Paid weekly via PayPal

REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good communication skills
• Image manipulation
• Graphic imagery will be provided (having access to stock photos is a PLUS)
• Follow instructions

DETAILS:
1. Must be able to create custom designs based on instructions given. Be proficient in using vectors, pngs, brushes, halftones, gradients and fonts.
2. Meet Deadlines (8-10 per day) If you cannot complete 10 designs a day, do not apply.
3. Understand and follow instructions with regards to trademark and Intellectual Property guidelines.
4. Have good English skills (USA). All communication will be in English. We want any candidate to be active and communicate with us regularly, through Skype.
5. We are searching for dedicated, motivated designers to grow with us. We are dedicated to creating top-notch designs for our customers.
6. No pixel-for-pixel designs will be allowed. All design elements must be layered.
7. Unlimited revisions on designs.
8. Designs work must be submitted within 1 full day.
9. Long-term engagement for great outstanding design work.

DESIGN GUIDELINES:
- CYMK Colors (RGB is ok when needed)
- Transparent Background
- 300 DPI
- 15" X 18" (4500 X 5400)
- Less than 25mb in Size
- Design placed near top of print area
- Working with Silhouette characters
- Designs on Dark Shirts sell well
- Distressed Designs
- Bold high Contrast Colors

APPLYING:
If you are selected as our designer you will need to produce 3 samples of designs for us. Instructions will be given along with images for the designs. Upon completion, we will review your application. All designs must be submitted in .AI & .PSD format with all elements layered individually.
