Wordpress Membership Website Development

I own www.businesscardsocial.com. (BCS)

I am converting to Wordpress format. BCS is a business social membership site with a calendar of live business networking chapter events, online social community, online training tutorials on various subjects delivery and a store with products that can be purchased. The current platform used is iGrOOps.com but is too limiting.

I am looking to set it up in Wordpress, using:
http://www.digitalaccesspass.com, for the membership and affiliate platform and incorporate
http://www.buddypress.org for the social network platform,

Then possibly adding BuddyPress pluging:
http://buddypress.org/community/groups/store-locator/ for event location map display,
http://buddypress.org/community/groups/visitor-maps/ to display members online
http://buddypress.org/community/groups/invite-anyone/ an "invite others to the site" plugin

Additionally I need to add an events calendar http://wp-events-plugin.com/
and, I need an ad rotator plugin installed. http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/adrotate/ to handle the existing 18 ads on the current site.

Separately, I would like to transfer the current member base of 340 to the new site.

I am looking for someone skilled with Wordpress, familiar with Digital Access Pass and BuddyPress, competent in page design, high attention to detail, excellent at problem solving, excellent communication in English and quick working!
