Wordpress conversion

I have a lot of websites made in normal html. I need a Wordpress expert to convert the sites to Wordpress, but: its very important that they keep the exact same url, including the .html extension as they are indexed in the search engines.

So its important that you are able to install Wordpress and import the pages and tweak it so the filenames will end in .html
