I run a two high ticket Shopify drop shipping stores. I would like to focus on expanding them. The less I have to focus on day to day tasks like customer service, answering phone calls, and fulfilling orders, the faster I can grow the store by adding more products, promoting the store, and improving the design or product descriptions.
I would like someone to help me with the day to day tasks of running the store. Especially
1. answering phone calls during US business hours
2. chatting with customers
3. and fulfilling orders
Eventually, I might ask you to do some monthly accounting.
What skills am I looking for?
1. The most important thing is that you must be very good at English, especially speaking.
2. The second most important quality I look for in VA is that you must be trustworthy.
3. Customer service experience is also important.
4. I will occasionally call to check in. The ideal applicant is someone who can be extremely consistent.
What are the rewards?
1. Worker autonomy. As long as you answer the phone during US business hours, chat with customers, and complete tasks generally on time, I don't care what you do. You will also have the autonomy to make customer service decisions.
2. We can sort out raises if my business grows to certain landmarks. If you help me achieve my dream, I can help you with yours.
Work duration: probably less than two years.
Work starts: this job should start within 2 months.
