Physical Product Video Creation

I am looking to hire a video editor who is capable of creating high converting product videos for a e-commerce business. This person needs to be able to:

1) Research existing videos from the web. (Video reviews, commercials, testimonials, other product videos)
2) Take several key segments that show product features from these videos and create a new branded video for my business.

Video will be:
-30-45 seconds
-1080 x 1080
-Watermarked
-Royalty Free Music
-Proper Credit to Original Video

I will provide a list of about 5-7 products per week and provide $5 per video upon completion with unlimited revisions.
