Do you have over 2 years of experience as an administrative and project management virtual assistant who loves keeping everything and everyone in the business on track?
Do you love to make sure that all the tasks get done on time and the project management software (Basecamp), Calendars and CRM software stay updated by checking in with team members on their work progress?
Can you work on your own without too much supervision and get your tasks completed?
Do you have a proven track record of driving projects to completion?
Do you consider yourself very reliable, very detail-oriented and fantastic at setting and sticking to deadlines?
Are you proactive in communicating and making sure the team complete their tasks on time, and that they don’t forget about meetings and events in their calendar?
Are you great at organising calendars, keeping them updated correctly with appointments and events and also organising files on Google Drive?
Do you have experience researching possible leads using Google and other online researching tools, then adding them to a CRM software and keeping the CRM really organised and updated?

Are you a responsive and great communicator, good at writing very simple friendly outreach
Are you a fast learner and excited to learn new skills and love a challenge?

Are you great with the G Suite softwares? (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Slides, etc.)
It is even better if you have a lot of experience with Basecamp and Mailchimp, and also Highrise and Clickfunnels is a bonus too.
You will learn an incredible amount, improve your skillset and experience, and become part of a growing company from the early days when it is just two executives and yourself. This is a stable long-term job.
You’ll be the third member of a team. We care deeply about all our staff professionally and personally. We will provide constant feedback to your work to help you improve (but without micromanaging you), while also celebrating the work you do with us. There will also be mentoring and/or coaching opportunities to help you grow further, and there are chances of meeting face to face once or twice a year as we travel to the Philippines.
Requirements:
- At least 2Mbps stable, RELIABLE internet connection
- Availability to work at around 9am to 6pm London time (including a 1 hour break)
- A good webcam and microphone
- Computer/Laptop that works very well and doesn’t slow you down
- No power or internet outages in your area
- Valid NBI Clearance
- 2 valid government IDs
- You must have a secluded place to work from, away from any distractions (a separate room with no family or friends or other distractions affecting your work)
- Must be available via Whatsapp (for text, voice and video communication), in addition to
- Response time during working hours must be very fast
- Filling in a brief daily timesheet throughout the day and End of day 5min
- References (we will ask about you with your previous employers)
Experience, Skills and Personality Type Required:
- 2 years of experience minimum in a similar role
- We're looking for a quick learner, adaptable to change and able to learn from online videos and online tutorials/articles/documents. And you must be able to document what you learn for future team members
- You must be comfortable to ask for help when you get completely stuck and are unable to find the solution on your own
