Looking for WordPress Wizard

We're a teeny tiny startup that creates websites for online marketing entrepreneurs, specifically those involved in the Amazon Associates Program. We are looking for a web developer for WordPress websites.

Currently, there's me, my editor and a few writers under her.

I would love to work with someone who knows SEO, site speed optimization, and Photoshop. Bonus if you're familiar with Thrive Themes.

JOB DETAILS

- This is a full-time home based position. (If you're in manila we should be able to meet and work together once a week in Manila. Ortigas CBD preferred. I'll treat you lunch)
- Undergrads/Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
- I'm also looking if we're a good fit attitude-wise. I talk to my team like they're my friends so I'd like to get along with you.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create conversion focused, mobile-responsive, and fast websites using the Thrive Suite or any other WordPress theme for clients sites and our own portfolio of sites.
- Format and publish content. (Content provided by our content team)
- Install and configure recommended plugins
- Basic image editing
- Transfer websites and domains to clients
- Perform on-page SEO based on SOP's
- Help in creating SOP's
- Coordinate with our editor about content for the websites.
- Help in other website-related issues like client requests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- First and foremost, you have to be TRUSTWORTHY. I've been in the online marketing industry since I was 18/19 and I can smell bullshit a mile a way.
- Knows WordPress backend, cPanel, and managing domains on registrar accounts like Go Daddy and Namecheap.
- Comfortable HTML and CSS
- Must be able to format articles quickly while following our Standard Operating Procedures.
- Perform basic photo editing.
- Add affiliate links
- BONUS if you know Thrive Themes or familiar with drag and drop website builders
- BONUS if you know SEO

This is a full time job working regular hours. I'm not too strict on time though - as long as the job gets done right and on time, we're good.
