Digital marketing expert/some design

I mainly need a digital marketing expert who is willing to start off doing some easy design tasks in wordpress. I need someone who is knowledgeable and experienced with real SEO and local SEO, keyword research, real backlink buiding for niche no networks, developing a digital marketing plan of action, skilled in linkedin marketing, and content marketing, should be able to develop content for industry and market it appropriately. I will also need help with some website design tasks they are easy and you don't need to be an expert but knowing some css would help.
Raises and bonuses will be generous as we gain more clients.
