We're an Australian Web Design company and we want you!

This is NOT a short-term role – we want to establish a long-term working relationship with a great VA.

As proof of our commitment to our staff: We have 2 full-time Philippino web designers (with us 2 years) and 2 more that work with us project to project (Since 2016).

We want a dedicated assistant to handle generic admin & customer support (via email & phone) so English skills are important.

We are very flexible & want a win-win for us and you - We allow public holidays, sick leave, requested time off, etc.

The job will mostly entail appointment setting, customer support, updating clients and project management.

REQUIRED:
–Good English speaking & writing for speaking to clients, leads and handling support.

BASIC knowledge is required for:
–WordPress to check completed work.
???Email Marketing (like ActiveCampaign) for sending email campaigns, adding tags to contacts, etc.

The job WILL NOT require:
–Any web design or development, etc.

You will start on a probationary salary for 1 month.

We will then raise your wage to the agreed monthly salary.

If you show ongoing improvement and consistently great performance we will periodically increase your salary as you grow with us.
