T-Shirt Graphic Designer/Uploader

I am looking for a designer that can provide up to 150 designs a week for my growing Print on Demand T-Shirt company.
Must have experience in:
Adobe Illustrator(1.2MB)
Adobe Photoshop(4.9 MB)
GIMP(1.4 MB)

I Am also looking for someone to upload designs and write product descriptions, as well as check against trademark registry to insure we are uploading and not using trademarked keywords or graphics. We currently have 3 platforms we have a presents on.
