Are you our next creative ninja? German based company "Schwede Media" is looking for a motivated and skilled Designer/Video-Editor (Full-Time 40 hrs/week)

We are a small team of Online Marketers and currently expanding heavily into Video Creation & Video Marketing.

The projects you will be assigned to are fun, challenging and require creativity.

Here is what we need you to do at our company:

The Adobe Suite is your home. You know how to use Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects even when you are sleeping.

Here is what your work day might look like:

Video Editing work:
- Edit Food/Cooking Videos - I will shoot a cooking video and you need to cut out bad takes, add music and SFX, make transitions, add text (like cooking instructions) for food recipes
- Create and edit visually stunning slideshows with voice overs (will be supplied) and sound effects.
- Edit Fitness-Workout Videos
- Upload and annotate videos in YouTube
- Create animations for a character. Specifically rig a character in Adobe After Effects or CrazyTalk Animator
- Bonus knowledge: Do you know how to Reskin apps for Android (in Android Studio)? That's a bonus!

Design Tasks:
- Create Designs for Apps
- Create Designs for Documents, such as Cookbooks
- Photo Retouching and Background Removal (specifically for product images we have shot with our DSLR cameras)
- Design Logos (such as website logos) for our new projects
- Create stunning Ads for multiple platforms like Facebook, Pinterest and so on.
- Optional bonus: Draw Characters in Illustrator

- Fair salary? We'll pay you a trial salary the first month. After that you receive a raise. You can also expect occassional raises depending on performance.

What are the requirements to get the job?
- Proficient in the Adobe Suite. Specifically good in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere
- You are highly self-motivated and are passionate about design/videos
- Willing to learn new skills, new software and adapt to changes fast.
- Very good English skills. Communication only works if your English skills are decent. Good grammar is also required, because sometimes you need to document your work process for others. We don't want perfection, but decent skills.
- Good internet connection (I have been in the Philippines twice and I know that "good" internet connection is a relative term)
- IMPORTANT: Willing to make mistakes and get honest feedback from supervisor. I know that criticism and mistakes can make some good workers disappear. In our company, mistakes are just part of learning. It's ok to make mistakes them and learn from them.
- Bonus: Experience with "CrazyTalk Animator 3"
