We are an internet and marketing company, is looking for a dynamic, experienced, energetic and motivated SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist who can bring a positive attitude and a great work ethic to our team. Candidates must have exceptional proficiency in written English and work well with others. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for items including but not limited to SEO analysis, on-site SEO maintenance, content writing, Google analytics, and management. Candidates are expected to be up to date on recent search engine algorithm changes.

This first month or two of the job will be 100% on page SEO. If you can not take a blog post from a writer, optimize, add images, and make it live in 2 hours, this job is not for you.

If you do not know WordPress like the back of your hand, this job is not for you.

If you do not know all about schema, this job is not for you.

Your on page skills must be top notch and include the ability to do keyword research.

SEO Specialist Duties & Responsibilities

Overseeing and managing on-page SEO campaigns for a high volume of websites
Setting up, monitoring and analyzing ranking reports
Reviewing, analyzing and implementing areas of improvement on websites
Implementing keyword strategies on a case by case basis based on a comprehensive understanding of analytics and ranking reports
Communicate with clients regarding SEO strategy and success
Participation in weekly team and leadership meetings to discuss and improve current tactics and implement updated keyword strategies to increase ranking and traffic
SEO Specialist Qualifications

5+ years of demonstrated SEO experience
Experience with HTML, CSS, WordPress and other CMS
Thorough knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and other analytics and reporting tools
Experience with backlinks
Must possess strong analytic skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to research and solve problems
Ability to follow search engine guidelines and to adhere to white-hat SEO strategies
Related certifications are a plus
